WHAT WE ARE LEARNING

Mysterious movers were the focus this week. We talked about the wind, oceans, moon, sun and other things that seem to move rather mysteriously. In handwriting we finished the alphabet and the numbers 1-10. Now we will begin reviewing and working on neatness.

Farm Animal fun this week. Farmer in the Dell, Bingo and lots of books and stories with many different farm animals. We continue to work on social skills and paying attention in class after all we have to prepare for kindergarten. Practice writing the full alphabet and digits 0-9.

Boston School Forest

On April 16 4K will be going to the Boston School Forest. Students will go during their class period. We will leave as soon as we start class and return just before class time ends. If you are interested in volunteering we would love to have you. You would have to fill out a volunteer form for Canaland ahead of time. Please let me know if you want to attend.

4K Graduation

This will be a fun event. Your children will give you a taste of what we work on and learn throughout the year. Please feel free to invite grandparents and other important people to your child. See you there!
