WHAT WE ARE LEARNING
Our new them with be the Garden and Flower Shop. We will practice our shopping skills or being a store clerk. For Handwriting without Tears we will start the lower case letters. It will be exciting to start preparing for the fall. For social/emotional time we will continue to work our way through a set of books that will hit on specific topics, like being polite, cooling down, joining in play, and following rules.
PETE THE CAT, GILBERT THE SHARK, AND BISCUIT
Pete the Cat went with Kaitlyn this last weekend. He played outside with her and her brothers. His favorite part was riding around on the truck. They had chicken for dinner and watched a movie. Saturday was more time outside. After Kaitlyn’s dad got home from fishing she and her brothers took turns touching the fish. Sunday was grocery shopping, coloring and playing games. Then reading and baths.
Gilbert the Great spent Spring Break with Alex. They went on the 4-wheeler and then took a bath. His favorite meal was Alex’s salad. Alex’s little brother, Aaron also had a lot of fun. It was an exciting week.
Biscuit spent the weekend with Briar. There was shopping with Grandma and then tacos at her house. Friday was spent with Grandma Cowboy. There they played outside and in the barn. Friday night there was a bonfire at a friend’s house until 10:30! The next day they went to a cookout at his dad’s friend’s house. They also pulled Uncle Mason out of the mud. On Sunday there was trip to Fleet Farm and some time with Grandpa and Grandma when they returned from up north.

The school district has already sent you something indicating where your child will attend kindergarten in the fall. If you are making a different choice please let them know as soon as you can so that they can have accurate records.
Also, just a reminder if you have any important information changes (address, phone number, etc.) Please let them know so that your child’s file is up to date.
Please remember to update extra clothes in lockers and backpacks. Double check for current season and size.
Be sure to send outdoor clothing. If it is below 50 degrees they will need a hat and mittens, and a jacket until at least 60 degrees.
Let’s hit April strong and be sure to do as many as possible.
