WHAT WE ARE LEARNING
Happy New Year! For the two days of school this week we will do some review. Primarily of expectations and rules, as well as writing names. We will start the new theme of sports (specifically winter) and we will commemorate the new year with an art project. Don’t forget we will be starting our new class schedule this week.
PETE THE CAT, GILBERT THE SHARK, AND BISCUIT

Starting January 2 our class will have a different order for our schedule. We will still be doing all the same things, but in a different order. I believe it will give a better flow to the day and allow for greater flexibility for the activities. If you have questions or concerns please contact me.
I did attach the new schedule to an email specifically about the change. I will also send a copy home on the 2nd.
Please remember to update extra clothes in lockers and backpacks. Double check for current season and size.
Be sure to send outdoor clothing if the temperature with the wind shield will be above 20 degrees. We do like to get out when we can.
Please do not forget to keep track of the activity calendars. Your children are welcome to bring back the December calendar by January 10. They do enjoy picking from the prize container. Just mark which activities you did and put their name at the top.
