WHAT WE ARE LEARNING
We will continue with our Gingerbread theme. This week we will do a project making a house and decorating it. There will be a Christmas patterns exercise as well as some Christmas songs. We will write our names and the number 4 and the letter C. The social/emotional time will focus on caring and helping.
PETE THE CAT, GILBERT THE SHARK, AND BISCUIT
Pete went with Floyd this weekend. Pete, Floyd and his brother were able to create a Ginger-bear at Home Depot. It was fun. At the library the read, listened to stories and did activities.
Gilbert spent the holidays with Kendyl. They played with her brother Kole. They also went to Grandma and Grandpa’s and played with cousins. On Thanksgiving they had two dinners! And then they celebrated again on Friday and met two uncles. Saturday was shopping for groceries and stopping at Fleet Farm. Sunday was relaxed with some outside play time in the afternoon.
On the 16th-18th Biscuit went home with Lilly. They bought dill pickle chips for Lilly and had a movie night with Dad and her sisters. There was story time and dress up on Saturday. After church on Sunday they all went out for ice cream!
Thanksgiving weekend Biscuit went with Sarah. Wednesday was PJs day at home. On Thanksgiving they helped to cook and shared what they were thankful for. Friday was craft day and mailing of presents. Sarah and Biscuit were good helpers. Saturday was shopping for crafts and presents. On Sunday they put up the tree. They picked out special ornaments. Then they set out school clothes for Monday. They had a lot of fun.

Change for a Cause
Thank you to those who were able to participate in Change for a Cause. It was a blessing in our community.
Please be working on the activity calendar with your child. When the month is done send it back to school so they can pick a prize. November’s is due by December 6.
